How does the Order process work?
All of our printing is bespoke to your requirements, we don't offer a catalogue of prints for you to scroll through and get lost in, instead, we prefer you to contact us with your requirements and we will work with you to find the best models for your needs!
Will my prints come with bases?
We supply bases with all of our models as standard!
Can I get my models unpainted?
Of course, if you like putting grey models on the table, we aren't here to stop you!
Do you provide commission painting only service?
Yes, we are able to provide painting services for models that we haven't printed, please contact us for more details
Can I see more examples of your prints/commissions?
We have plenty of examples up on our Instagram page, but if you would like to see more, please get in touch and we'd be happy to provide more!
What is your quality assurance process?
We send pictures of all completed prints/commissions before shipping to make sure you are happy before it gets sent out and if you aren't we will work with you until you are!
Will my prints arrive clean?
Yes! We clean all models thoroughly in our ultrasonic cleaners using IPA. All supports are removed before shipping too!
How do you ship orders?
In a mountain of bubble wrap! getting your models to you in one piece is very important, we go overboard on our packing process to ensure this.
We use RM Tracked 24 as our usual shipping service, however other options are available on request.
Can you ship outside of the UK?
Worldwide shipping is available, please contact us for details.
What resin do you use for your prints?
We use Elegoo ABS-like Grey resin.
My model got damaged in shipping, what do I do?
Contact us as soon as possible with some pictures of the damage! We will aim to get a replacement out to you as soon as we can!
Do you accept returns?
Because all of our prints are custom printed/painted to order we are not able to accept returns in most circumstances. However, we work so closely with all of our clients during the order process this should never happen, we never ship out anything that you haven't approved!
